Top Irish Amethyst Crystals!!

Another amazing specimen from the John & Robert Lawson Collection – a large plate of deep purple amethyst crystals from Keem, Achill Island, Ireland. The specimen is approximately 8 inches high with many of the crystals also displaying an attractive overgrowth of rust orange coloured iron oxides.

Beautiful Iranian Fluorite

I recently acquired this super specimen from the seldom seen Komshejeh Mine in Iran displaying semi-translucent blue/green fluorite crystals to 2.2cm on edge with violet colour-zoning. When backlit with natural light the colours are brilliant!

Awesome Yorkshire Baryte!!

Over the years I’ve seen some very nice baryte specimens from the classic Arkengarthdale locality in Yorkshire but nothing could have prepared me for this specimen  from the John & Robert Lawson Collection, Castle Douglas, Scotland.
